In November 2017, Bellurgan Precision were invited by Medtronic to their Operational HQ in Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend a Top 100 Global Supplier Recognition Conference. At the event, attended by 103 companies and nearly 400 people, Medtronic recognised 12 of those companies with a Supplier Excellence Award and Bellurgan Precision was thrilled to be recognised as one of those 12 companies.

Bellurgan’s new Citizen L32-X LFV 8-axis CNC Sliding Head with LFV Cutting Technology (Programmable Chip Control) and max bar diameter of 38mm empowers us with future flexibility in machining. This machine will enable future growth in our Swiss Turning cell.
Bellurgan invest in a six axis robot from Robojob: October 2018
This investment endorses Bellurgan’s commitment to its continuous improvement program by focusing on increased output and agility in responding to fluctuations with batch sizes and delivery times.
This is the first Robot of its kind to be installed on the Island of Ireland. We believe it will give us an edge over our competitors as we continue to develop our lights out machining processes throughout our facility at Bellurgan Precision Engineering.
Bellurgan win Lifetime Award: 20th Oct 2018
The Dundalk Chamber of Commerce Annual Gala dinner took place on Saturday night 20th October. The highlight of the evening was the Louth Business Awards ceremony for 2018. Bellurgan are delighted to be Awarded another top spot and this time as the Winner of the Lifetime Award for Contribution to County Louth. Bernard Carroll along with his late wife Ann Carroll established Bellurgan Precision Engineering 40 years ago.

Bellurgan Precision invests in technology for current and future manufacturing requirements: May 2018
Bellurgan Precision Engineering have recently invested in a Vici Vision M306 TECHNO optical measuring machine. This will enable Bellurgan to rapidly improve 'first off' and 'in process inspection' across our turning machines. These optical measuring machines are designed to adapt to current and future manufacturing needs. Our machine operators are continually empowered with tools to make them more independent at the inspection process level and tool offsets can be adjusted before parts become out of tolerance.

A Key Manager has been co-funded in this company by the European Regional Development Fund and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.
Aims: To recruit a Key Manager who will bring skills into the company that are critical to future growth.
